For more than 25 years, Dewey Sadka owned and ran Temp Force, one of America's largest and most successful staffing companies. With his intuitive people skills and motivational ability, he created a multi-patented system that is now the world’s most accurate evaluation.  With its 80+ correlation, it ranks even higher than the respected Myers Briggs. In 1980, Dewey Sadka was frustrated by other testing companies' inability to predict who would most enjoy the day-to-day tasks of a particular job description.  His desire to reduce employee turnover by insuring that those hired would love doing the work led him to create what is now the Dewey Color System®. Mr. Sadka’s research continued until 1996 when he sold his company to Randstad Staffing Services, the world’s fourth largest staffing company.  For the next two years, he served as its USA Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Sadka is known for his skill in developing employee-incentive and communication/sales programs. He has been the featured speaker at over 60 conferences including SHRM, and he wrote a 10-year "Dear Dewey" column for Staffing Digest. His ability to launch profitable new ventures has led to his being featured on CBS News and in Time Magazine.  Among his innovations are the nation’s first citywide, downtown job fair, a busing system that took workers beyond the reaches of Atlanta's public transit, and a whole host of creative efforts in the field of staffing.
